These customized, TARGETED massage treatments are based on your specific needs and treatment goals, and are area-specific in nature and generally include only applicable muscle groups. They are perfect for people experiencing chronic pain or chronic elevated stress.
Your treatment may include a variety of modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, craniosacral therapy, etc. While it can be quite relaxing at times, there is generally more communication during my treatments to ensure proper levels of pressure at all times. Please plan for 15 to 30 minutes extra for entire appointment to also account for intake, assessment, and check-out.
Pediatric Massage Special Notes: It is expected that parent(s) remain in the treatment room and/or on site for any treatments on clients under 18 years old. In many cases, children remain completely clothed, but any circumstances that necessitate any level of undressing will be fully discussed with and approved by parent(s) and child. In addition, massage treatments lasting longer than 30 minutes are not recommended for children under 10.

Gift Certificates: At this time, I no longer offer gift certificates for purchase, but if you would like to pre-pay for someone’s appointment, I am happy to make arrangements with you to do that at the time that they make the appointment. Late Cancellations and No-Show Policies
Time is valuable--my time and yours. Your appointment is time that has been reserved specifically for YOU! Because of this, I ask that you notify me by as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can notify me by call, voicemail, text, or Facebook message. The policy is applicable seven days a week.
