This appointment is for an initial intake/consultation AND a 45-minute individualized area-specific massage treatment, based on your specific needs and treatment goals. I DO NOT OFFER FULL-BODY MASSAGE. I focus on your specific areas of concern, providing a more thorough treatment. This treatment can include a variety of modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, muscle specific work, craniosacral therapy, and aromatherapy. This initial appointment can take up to 90 minutes.
