This is a 60-minute individualized area-specific massage treatment, based on your specific needs and treatment goals. I DO NOT OFFER FULL-BODY MASSAGE. I focus on your specific areas of concern, providing a more thorough treatment. This treatment can include a variety of modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, muscle specific work, craniosacral therapy, and aromatherapy. Please allow 15 to 30 minutes longer than treatment time for entire appointment to also account for intake, assessment, and check-out.
